I’m Rebecca, a qualified Bowen therapist, Yoga teacher and Reiki practitioner and my passion is to help people improve their physical, mental and emotional well-being through a combination of these amazing modalities to help bring them back to homeostasis - our bodies natural state.
In other words, to bring your body back to
BALANCE and PAIN FREE.
